Engineered Products and more, announced today the signing of a 50/50
joint venture "Rose Precision Metalforming of India."
The Joint Venture's mission is to provide the worldwide automotive and
industrial markets with globally competitive PowerTrain products such as
Pulleys, Transmission Pistons, PaceMaker Timing Products, ABS Components,
Variable Valve Timing Components, Water Pump Products and more.
The Raymond Group, incorporated in India in 1925, has facilities
throughout India and the world. They represent the leader in textiles and
apparel while diversifying heavily into the rapidly growing automotive
industry.
A.J. Rose, with two facilities in the Cleveland area totaling 260,000 sq/ft,
incorporated in 1922, is a technology leader in the manufacturing of
precision sheet metal components for the auto industry.
