Metal Stamping Services

A.J. Rose's automatic sensing, quick die-change stamping methods include progressive die and transfer stamping, as well as forming, spinning, tapping, spot welding, and more. Over-molding is outsourced and new products can be more cost-effectively designed and created from a metal casting or powder metal. The company can form and stamp parts that provide powder metal and fine blank geometries. The presses are rated from 150 to 1,200 tons with press speeds of 10 to 85 strokes/min. The press bed length is up to 168 inches with part thicknesses of .025 to .75 in. The maximum lifting capacity is 20 tons. A.J. Rose can stamp hot- or cold-rolled steel, HLSA, aluminum, stainless steel, Inconel, Kovar or ZAM.

Stamping can be coated, counter-sunk, embossed, flat, heat-treated, and can include many other features. Lead time on the tooling is about 18 weeks and 2 to 4 weeks on the parts. A.J. Rose does medium to high-volume runs for the automotive, energy, medical, commercial, industrial, defense and solar industries. Catia, auto-cad, Pro-E, Unigraphics and SDRC formats are all acceptable. ISO/TS 16949 registered and compliant to ISO 14001. For more information, please see below.
